Bread salad with beef strips

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (330 g) 4 large multi-grain buns
  • 600 g Rump of beef
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 Heads Mini-Römer salad (à approx. 150 g)
  • 2 (80 g each) red onions
  • 200 g red cherry tomatoes
  • 150 ml Balsamic dressing
  • baking paper

Directions

    Open the tin, remove the dough and cut into cubes. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Take out and let cool down. Wash the meat, dab dry, cut into strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a coated pan.

    Fry the meat for 4-6 minutes, turning it over. Clean and wash the salad and pluck the larger leaves. Peel onions and cut into strips. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half. Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix with dressing and arrange on serving plates
