Bread confection chorizo skewers with lime-avocado dip

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 3 Avocados (about 225 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 limes
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 250 g White bread
  • 125 g Chorizo sausage
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds and peel the flesh. Crush avocado with a fork, mix with lime juice and yoghurt. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press, stir it into the cream, season with salt and pepper

    Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Cut bread into cubes. Peel the sausage skin. Cut sausage into thin slices.

    Heat olive oil in a large pan, fry slices of sausage in it while turning. Drain on kitchen paper. Fry bread cubes in hot frying fat until golden brown. Also drip off on kitchen paper. Divide the avocado cream into small bowls. Put one bread cube and one sausage slice each with a tomato quarter on skewers. Place on the avocado cream and sprinkle with parsley
