For about 250 g: Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Briefly heat 100 g butter with 1 chopped clove of garlic and 1⁄2 TL salt. Cut 250 g baguette (from the previous day) into thin slices. Arrange them side by side on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Spread with garlic butter. Roast one after the other in a hot oven for about 10 minutes. Let it cool down.
