Ingredients

  • 1 kg mixed mince
  • 6 big tomatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 5 Cucumbers / Braised cucumbers
  • 3 Paprika
  • 2 cups Schmand

Directions

    Fry the minced meat first and then the onions. In the meantime, dice and chop the cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes.

    Then add the diced cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. Stir well.

    Now add the sour cream and season everything with salt and pepper. Finally add the cayenne pepper. Let everything stew for a good hour.
