Defrost the frozen shrimps. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash and seed the chilli and cut into fine rings. Wash lemon and cut into slices. Wash thyme, shake dry and pluck off the leaves
Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Mix with garlic, chilli, lemon, thyme, bay leaf and 6 tbsp. oil. Leave to stand for approx. 2 hours
Drain the prawns and catch the marinade. Fry the prawns in 2 tbsp. hot oil while turning for 4-5 minutes. Add marinade and bring to the boil once. Season with a little salt. Mix in the olives. Ciabatta tastes good with it
