Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 pack of (400 g) fresh tin pizza dough (refrigerated shelf; approx. 37 x 25 cm)
  • 75 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 75 g pitted green olives
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 400 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (370 g) chunky tomato sauce with herbs
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt
  • 3-4 Stem(s) flat leaf parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Unroll the pizza dough and place it on a baking tray with the baking paper. Cut out 6 circles (each approx. 12 cm Ø). Remove the rest of the dough from the paper. Turn out sticks and place them on the baking tray. (Or prepare pizza as a whole and then cut into 6 pieces.) Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Drain the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Peel onions and cut into fine strips. Cut olives lengthwise in half.

  3. 3

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Fry onions, olives and dried tomatoes.

  4. 4

Spread tomato sauce on the pizzas. Spread the chopped meat mixture on top. Crumble feta cheese over it. If necessary, sprinkle the dough sticks with sea salt. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes.

  5. 5

Wash parsley, shake dry and cut into strips. Sprinkle on the pizzas.
