Wash the cucumber, peel roughly, cut in half and scrape out the seeds. Cut cucumber into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the minced meat in it while turning. Add cucumber and fry for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with broth and let braise for about 15 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Clean, peel and finely dice the carrot. Add both approx. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook.
Wash parsley and dill, dab dry and chop finely. Add cream and herbs shortly before the end of cooking time. Stir in sauce thickener, bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with coloured pepper and serve garnished with lemon wedges and dill.
