Prepare spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips. Drain the pasta and let it drain well. Beat the eggs and mix with milk, season with salt and pepper. Grease an oven dish (22 x 22 cm). Spread spaghetti and pepper strips in it, except for something to sprinkle on.
Pour egg and milk over it. Spread tomato sauce in blobs on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread the rest of the pepper strips on top. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 1 - 1 1/4 hours
