Potato tortilla with cheese, bacon and onions in egg milk

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 1.2 kg Potatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • 50 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 3 Eggs (size M)

Directions

    Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Add half of the potato slices to the frying fat and fry in it until golden brown, turning occasionally. Add oil to the pan.

    Fry the rest of the potatoes in the same way. Add the finished potatoes again. Season with salt and pepper. Peel onions and cut into rings. Add to the potatoes and fry. Cut cheese into small cubes. Mix milk and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Spread cheese and bacon on the fried potatoes and pour the egg milk over them.
