Ingredients

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 500 g Leeks (leek)
  • 1 big onion
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 100 g Radishes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salad cream
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean, wash and cut leek into fine rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Dice the sausage. Heat oil in a large pan.

    Fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes while turning them. Add leek, sausage and half of the onions and fry for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile clean, wash and roughly dice the radishes. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Mix quark, salad cream and milk to a creamy mixture. Stir the radishes, except for 1 teaspoon, the remaining diced onion and 3/4 of the chives into the quark cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the potato sausage pan with some quark cream.
