  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 40 g Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Curry
  • 3/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 75 g grated medieval Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

    Wash the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes in boiling water. Peel and chop the onion. Fry the minced meat and onion in hot oil until coarsely chunky. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Melt the fat. Sweat flour in it. Dust with curry. Deglaze with stock and cream while stirring. Add cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Drain potatoes, rinse, peel and possibly halve.

    Put the potatoes, minced meat and sauce in an ovenproof dish. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) until golden brown. Wash the thyme, pluck it from the stalks and sprinkle over the casserole and serve.
