Bolognese style pancakes

No one can resist pancakes off the tray. Especially when they are topped with spicy mince and lots of cheese. You must try them.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sparkling mineral water
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON dried ital. Herbs
  • 100–150 g grated gouda
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Line a baking tray with baking paper and place in the oven. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200°C/circulating air: 175°C/gas: level 3). Mix flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in mineral water.

    Peel and finely dice the onions. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat in it while turning. Add onions and fry briefly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Remove the baking tray from the hot oven and immediately pour the dough on top. Pre-bake for 3-4 minutes. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Take out the pancakes.

    Cover pancakes with tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs. First spread minced meat, then cheese on top and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove, garnish with basil and cut open.
