Ingredients

  • 400 g Flour
  • 3 TSP Baking Powder
  • 60 g soft butter
  • 4 Yolks (size M)
  • 75-100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 TSP Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON dried oregano
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Mix flour and baking powder. Add butter, egg yolks, milk, 1 pinch of salt and sugar. Knead first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Roll out the dough (32 x 39 cm) and place on a greased baking tray (32 cm x 39 cm). Brush with ketchup and pre-bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the ham into strips and cut into thirds. Grate cheese. Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

    Remove the base from the oven, first cover with onion rings, tomato slices and season with salt and pepper. Cover with strips of ham, sprinkle with cheese and spread mushroom slices on top. Sprinkle with dried oregano and sprinkle with oil. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for another 15 minutes. Take out and cut into pieces. Garnish with fresh oregano if desired
