Defrost the blueberries.
Roast almond slivers and oat flakes separately in a coated pan without fat. Pour onto a plate and allow to cool.
Rinse apples, quarter, core and cut into slices. Mix cornflakes and oat flakes. Pour into cereal bowls, add milk. Spread blueberries and apple slices on top. Use two moistened coffee spoons of cream cheese to cut off four cams and place on top.
Serve sprinkled with almonds.
