Place the cherries on a sieve and collect the juice. Boil up the juice, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the starch with a little cold water until smooth and thicken the juice. Stir in the kirsch and kirsch water. Let the cherries get cold. Mix sour cream, quark, 50 g sugar, vanillin sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Fill cherries, quark and chocolate flakes alternately into glasses
