Ingredients

  • 375 g Flour
  • 250 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 package/s Vanilla sugar
  • 7 Egg Yolk
  • 1 package/s Hazelnut

Directions

    Mix the flour, butter, vanilla sugar and 6 egg yolks and the sugar hazelnut to a knead dough. Put the dough in the fridge covered for one hour

    0.5 cm then roll out the dough and cut out with any shapes Line a baking tray with baking paper Whip the egg yolk and some milk and spread it on the cookie

    Then bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 to 190 degrees in a preheated oven top heat middle shelf
