Ingredients

  • 1 glass (720 ml) Cherries
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 1 package Vanilla custard powder
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 100 ml Egg liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

    Drain the cherries in a sieve and collect the juice. Fill up cherry juice with 100 ml water, bring to the boil. Stir 6-8 tbsp water, 2 tbsp sugar and starch until smooth. Stir into the boiling juice, bring to the boil and add at least

    Simmer for a minute. Stir in the cherries. Pour into a dessert bowl. Let it cool down.

    Mix the pudding powder with 6 tbsp. milk and 3 tbsp. sugar until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir the pudding powder into the boiling milk, bring to the boil and simmer for at least 1 minute. Pour into a second bowl, cover directly on the surface with cling film and allow to cool.

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Whip the cream until stiff and allow 1 tbsp. sugar to trickle in. Fold in egg liqueur. Stir the pudding once. Fold the advocaat cream and half the chocolate into the pudding.

    Place the pudding loosely on the cherries, sprinkle with the remaining chopped chocolate and serve.
