Cream egg, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Gradually stir in the oil and kefir. Mix 275 g flour, baking powder and baking soda and stir in briefly. Wash and clean the berries. Mix 50 g berries with jam and set aside. Dust 150 g berries with 2 tablespoons of flour and fold into the dough.
Grease the recesses of a muffin tray (12 troughs) and dust with flour. Spread the dough in them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes, remove from the trays. Leave to cool for about 1 hour.
