Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 300 ml Kefir
  • 275 g + 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 heaped Tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking soda
  • 200 g mixed berries
  • 25 g cherry jam
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp little fat and flour
  • 12 Paper forms

Directions

    Cream egg, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Gradually stir in the oil and kefir. Mix 275 g flour, baking powder and baking soda and stir in briefly. Wash and clean the berries. Mix 50 g berries with jam and set aside. Dust 150 g berries with 2 tablespoons of flour and fold into the dough.

    Grease the recesses of a muffin tray (12 troughs) and dust with flour. Spread the dough in them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes, remove from the trays. Leave to cool for about 1 hour. If necessary, place in paper sleeves and decorate with yoghurt, 50 g berries and balm
