Hot cherries with snowflakes

  • 400 g Cherries
  • 2 Protein
  • 200-220 g Sugar
  • 1 package Raspberry-flavoured red fruit jelly
  • 1/4 l Cherry nectar
  • 2 Oranges

Directions

    Wash, stalk and stone the cherries. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 100 g sugar. Continue beating until the sugar is completely dissolved. Use 2 small spoons to cut off the dumplings.

    Spoon in the water that has been briefly boiled up at once. Cover and leave to stand for about 10 minutes. In the meantime bring 1/2 litre of water to the boil, add the cherries. Stir red fruit jelly powder, cherry nectar and 100-20 g sugar until smooth. Add while stirring and bring to the boil. Wash one orange, peel in fine strips. Peel both oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Stir the fillets and peel into the cherries.
