Ingredients

Servings: 450
  • 300 g berry residues (from jelly production)
  • 150 g Candy sugar
  • 400 ml Gin

Directions

    Pour gin over berry remains and candy. Close the glass or pot as tightly as possible and leave in a cool and dark place for approx. 2 weeks

    Pour the liqueur through a very fine sieve and fill into a bottle
