Roulade with pesto

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 60 g dried tomatoes
  • 4 Stem(s) Basil
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 4 Rolls of beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 TABLESPOONS pesto genovese

Directions

    Cut the tomatoes into strips. Wash basil, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely. Crumble the cheese. Season roulades with salt and pepper. Spread 2 tablespoons of pesto, tomato strips and cheese on each roulade.

    Sprinkle with basil.
