Ingredients

  • 250 g red currants
  • 250 g blackcurrants
  • 250 g Raspberries
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar 1:1
  • 7-10 Tbsp Preserving Cellophane
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

Directions

    Wash the currants, drain and remove from the stalks with a fork. Wash and sort the raspberries. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters depending on size. Mix the fruit and jam sugar in a large pot and leave to soak for 3-4 hours.

    Bring to the boil and boil for 4 minutes while stirring. Pour hot jam into the prepared glasses. Immediately place the preserving cellophane on top and then close tightly with kitchen string. Results in 3-4 glasses (380 ml content each)
