Knead 100 g sugar, vanillin sugar, butter, orange peel and flour with the dough hooks of the hand mixer into crumbles and chill. Wash the strawberries, currants and blueberries. Clean and halve the strawberries. Pluck the currants from the panicles. Sort the raspberries. Mix berries, 1 tablespoon sugar and orange liqueur.
Put the berries into a round casserole dish. Spread crumbles over it and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown. Stir the sauce powder into the milk and whip for approx. 1 minute with the whisk of the hand mixer. Remove crumble from the oven and let it cool down a little. Serve crumble with vanilla sauce
