Beef slices with peanut sauce from the wok

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Basmati rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 red, yellow and green peppers
  • 600 g Beef hip steaks
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tin(s) (400 g) Coconut milk
  • 20 g Peanut Butter
  • 50 g salted roasted peanuts
  • 5 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime juice

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Dab meat dry and cut into thin strips

    Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in portions in a wok or frying pan. Sauté the meat for 2-3 minutes in portions, then season with salt and pepper. Remove meat from the pan. Wipe out wok

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok and fry the peppers for 2-3 minutes. Add the coconut milk and peanut butter and simmer for about 4 minutes. Coarsely chop the peanuts. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop the leaves coarsely

    Drain the rice. Reduce the heat about 1 minute before the end of the cooking time. Add half of the coriander and meat and cook until done, do not let it simmer. Season with salt, pepper and some lime juice and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with peanuts. Add rice
