Bean-corn salad with peppers and cabanossi (football snacks)

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Kidney beans
  • 1 red pepper
  • 150 g Cabanossi
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 small romaine lettuce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn

Directions

    Put the beans in a sieve and rinse with cold water. ##Paprika## clean, wash and roughly cut into cubes. Cut sausage into slices. Peel and halve onion and cut into half rings.

    Clean, wash, spin dry and cut the lettuce into strips of about 2 cm wide. Mix vinegar, honey and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the oil. Drain the corn. Mix salad, paprika, sausage, corn, beans and sauce.

    Arrange ##salad## in glasses and sprinkle with onion strips.
