Bean casserole with meat loaf

Ingredients

  • 600 g baby potatoes
  • 750 g green beans
  • 1/2 bunch fresh or 1/2-1 tsp dried savory
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 discs (250 g) Meatloaf
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 100 g Gouda or raclette
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter/margarine
  • 2 (30 g) easy go. Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 2 TEASPOONS Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

    Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Quench and peel

    Clean, wash and halve the beans. Wash the savory and tie up. Cook the beans in boiling salted water with savory for 12-15 minutes. Drain, remove the savory

    Roughly dice the meat loaf. Peel and finely chop the onions. Grate cheese

    Heat the fat and sauté the onions. Sauté the flour in it. Stir in 3/8 l water, milk and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer briefly. Season to taste, melt half the cheese in it

    Fill potatoes, meat loaf and beans into a greased casserole dish (approx. 30 cm long). Spread sauce over it. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley
