Ingredients

  • 200 g French beans
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 stalk of savory
  • 1 Onion
  • 125 g Meatloaf
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 30 g Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and savory

Directions

    Wash the beans and break them into pieces. Peel and wash potatoes and cut into large cubes. Boil the beans, potatoes and broth. Wash the savory and add to the vegetables and cook for about 15 minutes.

    Peel onion and cut into rings. Dice meat loaf. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meatloaf and onion in it and add to the beans. Remove the savory. Put everything in a casserole dish.

    Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the bean casserole. Bake in a preheated grill. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle bean casserole with parsley and coloured pepper. Garnish with parsley and savory.
