Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean the beans, wash them and break through once. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Boil eggs hard for 10 minutes and rinse with cold water. Peel the eggs and cut into six.

    Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Peel onions and cut into rings. Cut the bacon into pieces and leave it golden brown. Wash the chives and cut them into small rolls, put something aside for sprinkling.

    Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into the mixture. Add chives. Drain the beans and rinse briefly in cold water. Mix beans, tomatoes, eggs and bacon carefully. Pour the marinade over the beans and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

    Arrange salad on plates. Sprinkle with remaining chives. Flat bread tastes good with it.
