Select the lamb's lettuce, wash and drain well. Drain coleslaw. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Mix sour cream and mustard, season with salt.
Cut the roll open and spread all halves with sour-mustard cream. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meatloaf for 1-2 minutes on each side. Cover the undersides of the rolls with Leberkäse, field and coleslaw and radishes.
Sprinkle with fried onions. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
