Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Lime
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 25 g Coconut flake
  • 200 g Basmati Rice
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 1 Carambola (star fruit)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves and coconut chips

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the lime, grate dry and peel the peel with a peeler, cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice. Put milk, cream, vanillin sugar, sugar, lime peel, grated coconut and rice into a pot, bring to the boil and let it swell for 20-25 minutes at low heat, stirring several times.

  2. 2

Stir in lime juice shortly before the end of the cooking time. Remove rice from the heat and let it cool down. In the meantime peel and slice the kiwis. Halve the pomegranate and knock out the seeds with the back of a spoon.

  3. 3

Wash and slice the starfruit. Mix sugar and cinnamon for decoration. Form gnocchi out of the rice with 2 tablespoons and arrange 3 pieces each on a dessert plate with the fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve decorated with mint leaves and coconut chips as desired.
