Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Mineral water
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 4 small bananas
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 50 g Chocolate Drops

Directions

    Mix eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, flour, vanilla pudding powder, baking powder, milk and mineral water to a smooth, thick pancake batter. Let the dough swell for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, roughly chop the walnut kernels. Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and cut them into 2 pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Heat some fat in a pan. Put 1/4 of the dough into the pan. Put some chocolate drops, chopped walnuts and the bananas on the pancakes. Bake from both sides until golden yellow. Bake the pancakes one after the other and keep them warm until you serve
