Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Peel and cut the onion into six. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Peel garlic, press it through a garlic press and mix it with oil, thyme, paprika powder and salt.
Put meat, onion and paprika alternately on 2 skewers. Brush the skewers with the marinade. Heat a coated pan. Add the rest of the marinade and fry the skewers in it over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Wash the tomato, cut it open, sprinkle with pepper and arrange with the skewers. Garnish with thyme.
