Roughly grate the gouda. Cut the ham into strips. Wash and clean the zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Mix cream, milk, cream cheese and Gouda. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix tortellini, ham, courgette and cheese icing and spread on a greased fat pan. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes.
Stir everything once and bake for about 20 minutes.
