Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 package (25 g) frozen Italian herbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 100 Mango chutney (from the glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Frisée salad

Directions

    Cut the cheese into slices. Whisk eggs and herbs. Season with pepper. Turn the cheese slices first in the flour, then in the herbs. Bake in hot oil from both sides for 1-2 minutes. Arrange feta cheese with some chutney and salad on four plates
