Baked potatoes with spicy ground pork

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 medium sized potatoes (à approx. 125 g)
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2-3 stem(s) fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried. Marjoram
  • 200 g Pork sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 30-50 g grated Gouda cheese
  • 2 TEASPOONS butter/margarine

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook for about 25 minutes. Then drain and quench. Let it cool down a bit, peel

    Wash, quarter, seed and dice the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and pluck the marjoram and chop finely, except for a little garnish.

    Knead the ground pork, tomatoes, onion and marjoram. Season with a little salt and pepper

    Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and place them in four greased casserole dishes. Spread the mince on the potato halves and press well. Sprinkle with cheese and spread the fat in flakes on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes. Garnish with the remaining marjoram

    Instead of ground pork you can use mixed or low-fat minced beef
