Baked potato with caviar sour cream

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 2 Potatoes (approx. 250 g each)
  • 250 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 jar (100 g) red trout caviar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash and brush the potatoes and wrap them in foil. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, mix sour cream, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Remove potatoes from the foil. Cut the potatoes crosswise and arrange them. Spread the sour cream and caviar on top, garnish with chives
