Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 (à 40 g) Goat's cheese taler
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 3 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter

Directions

  1. 1

Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Turn the goat cheese first in flour, then the egg and breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs well. Crush garlic coarsely. Cut broccoli into small florets, wash and drain well.

  2. 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the broccoli florets and garlic for about 7 minutes over a low to medium heat and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Roast almond flakes in a pan without fat.

  3. 3

Remove and let it cool down. Cut 4 thin slices from the lemon half. Squeeze the remaining lemon. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated pan and fry the goat's cheese taler in it for about 4 minutes, turning it over.

  4. 4

Add butter, lemon juice and flaked almonds to the broccoli. Continue heating until the butter begins to brown. Arrange the goat cheese taler and broccoli and garnish with a lemon wedge. Baguette tastes good with it.
