  • 3 kg Johannisbeern
  • 750 g Sugar
  • 1 package Preserving help

Directions

    Select the currants, wash, drain and mash them in a pot. Add one litre of water and bring to the boil. Put the fruit pulp on a stretched gauze cloth and let the juice run through.

    Boil up the fruit juice with the sugar and stir in the preserving aid. Fill the juice into bottles and seal them.
