Baked chocolate pudding with fruit salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 Papaya
  • 1 Baby pineapple
  • 50 g Physalis
  • 1 Star fruit (carambola)
  • 8 TABLESPOONS freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Butter
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 2 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and sugar

Directions

    For the fruit salad, peel and slice the kiwi. Halve the papaya and remove the seeds. Peel the flesh and cut into strips. Peel pineapple and cut into pieces. Clean, wash and halve the physalis.

    Wash and clean the starfruit and cut into thin slices. Mix prepared fruit and orange juice. For the chocolate pudding, chop the chocolate and melt with the butter at low heat. Beat the eggs, egg yolks and 60 g sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy.

    Stir in flour and chocolate. Fill 4 greased and sugared moulds (each containing approx. 200 ml) 3/4 full with it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 15-18 minutes.

    Turn the finished pudding onto dessert plates and serve warm with fruit salad.
