Baguette roll with chicken filet and avocado

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Chicken filet (75 g)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g Avocado
  • several sheets Pick and radicchio salad
  • 20 g Salad cream with low-fat yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 (60 g) Baguette roll
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Wash the chicken filet and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillet for about 4 minutes on each side. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and cut into slices.

    Clean the salad, wash and pat dry. Season salad cream with curry. Remove chicken filet and cut into slices. Cover roll with salad, onion, avocado and meat. Add salad cream and grind pepper over it.
