Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 50 ml Sherry (e.g. Fino)
  • 16 pitted semi-soft prunes
  • 6-7 Spring onions
  • 8 thin slices of bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil

Directions

    Heating sherry. Put the plums in and let them cool down. Clean and wash spring onions

  2. 2

    Drain the plums. Halve the bacon lengthwise and wrap one plum in each. Fry in hot oil until crispy, remove. Fry spring onions in the frying fat for 3-5 minutes. Serve everything
