Bacon noodles in cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g Swiss chard
  • 1 (80 g) red onion
  • 100 g Breakfast bacon in slices
  • 400 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash the chard, dab dry, quarter lengthwise and cut into strips. Peel onion and cut into strips. Cut bacon, except 4 slices, into strips. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Brush a pan with oil.

    Add the slices of bacon smooth, weigh down with a pan and leave it crispy on both sides. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and leave the bacon slices crispy. Add onion and chard and fry until translucent. Dust with flour and sauté briefly. Add 250 ml water and cream while stirring. Stir in stock. Let simmer for about 3 minutes. Drain the bacon chips on kitchen paper, if necessary break them into smaller pieces. Drain noodles, let them drain.
