Bacon and tomato pancakes

Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 3/8 l Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 package (100 g) Bacon
  • 3 Tomatoes

Directions

    Mix flour, milk and eggs with the whisk of the hand mixer. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Stir into the dough. If necessary, halve the bacon slices. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes.

    Leave a few slices of bacon in a pan without fat. Add some tomato slices and pour 1/4 of the pancake batter on each. Fry over medium heat until golden on one side. Slide the pancakes out of the pan with the help of a lid, turn them over and fry them from the other side until golden
