Remove the chicken meat from the skin and bones and dice finely. Peel and dice onions and garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry meat, onions and garlic for 3-4 minutes, season with salt, add tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer covered for about 15 minutes.
Put the beans in a sieve and rinse. Brush a coated pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Leave the slices of bacon in it while turning them until they are crispy and take them out. Beat the eggs in portions flat in the pan. Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Season with salt and cayenne pepper
Add the beans to the meat, continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with Tabasco, cayenne pepper and chilli powder. Serve with fried eggs and bacon
