Bacon and sage pizza

Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 package Pizza Fix
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 100 g Provolone cheese
  • 200 g streaky bacon
  • 1/2 bunch Sage
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

    Mix flour and Pizza Fix. Add 150 millilitres of water, oil and salt and knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Form one large or two smaller pizzas from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with the strained tomatoes. Grate the cheese finely and sprinkle the pizza with it.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 30 minutes. In the meantime, dice the bacon and leave it crisp in a pan without fat. Pluck sage leaves from the stalks, chop roughly and add to the bacon. Spread the bacon and sage mixture on the pizza. Season with pepper
