Avocado salmon cream

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 ripe, large avocado (approx. 325 g; e.g. Fuerte)
  • 1 Apples (e.g. Granny Smith)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 g smoked salmon in slices
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the core. Remove the flesh from the skin and dice finely. Wash, quarter and core the apple, also dice it finely. Mix avocado and apple in a bowl with lemon juice. Cut salmon into small pieces. Wash the dill, dab dry.

    Pluck the pennant and chop finely. Mix both with yoghurt, except for some dill for sprinkling. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill. Serve with bread
