Avocado Pea Cream

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 ripe avocados (about 250 g each; e.g. Ryan)
  • 1 collar Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the peas in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cut avocados in half, remove seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and crush or mash it with the peas in a bowl.

    Wash the coriander and dab dry. Pluck leaves and chop finely. Mix with lime juice into the avovado cream, season with salt and pepper. Bread tastes good with it
