200 g Butter
3 Shallots
1 TEASPOON pink berries

Dice butter and melt slowly at low heat. In the meantime peel and finely dice the shallots. Pour butter into another pot so that the whey remains in the pot. Add shallots and pink berries to the clarified butter.
