Asian wok noodles with minced meat and paprika

Ingredients

  • 250 g Mienuddles
  • 100 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 3 Peppers
  • 200 g Baby-Pak-Choi
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 1⁄2 Federation Coriander
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 5 TABLESPOONS sweet-hot chili sauce
  • 3 TABLESPOONS roasted peanut kernels

Directions

    Cook the pasta in 2 1⁄2 l of boiling water according to the instructions on the packet. Rinse the sprouts. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean, wash and cut the pak choi in half lengthwise. Peel garlic and ginger, chop finely.

    For the sauce, sauté the sesame seeds in a pan. Set aside 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, grind the rest finely in the universal chopper. Mix the ground sesame, miso paste, soy sauce, sugar and mirin. Peel onion and garlic and dice very finely, mix in.

    Heat oil in a wok, fry minced meat until crumbly. Steam paprika, garlic and ginger for about 5 minutes. Fold in noodles, soy and chilli sauce, sprouts, pak choi, coriander and nuts, warm up and season to taste.
