Ingredients

  • 300 g Asian ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 400 g Leeks (leek)
  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 can(s) (580 ml) Bamboo shoots
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 100 ml Sweet chili sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Cut the chilli lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Cut the pod into rings. Clean the leek, cut diagonally into pieces and wash.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into medallions. Drain bamboo and cut into quarters. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the medallions for 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Briefly sauté the garlic and chilli in the frying fat. Sauté the leek. Put the noodles and bamboo in the pan and fry them. Deglaze with soy sauce and lime juice. Add chilli sauce and fold in.
